When you have completed your shopping, click on "Check Out" to submit your order.
On this page, a summary of your purchased items are displayed. You may wish to add or reduce the quantity of any items you have added to the shopping cart.
Should you have added a wrong product, just click "Remove" next to the wrong product you selected and click "Update". Once updated, you may either "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout".
Checking out of your shopping cart constitutes as placing an order with Tetra Aid Pte. Ltd.
The system does not allow for any alterations to a confirmed order so check thoroughly before clicking the "I confirm my order" button.
Kindly verify the shipping address for delivery of order.
You may include a remark with your order under Message to Tetra Aid Pte. Ltd. Should you have any special request and click "Continue"
Read through and check the box under Terms of Service, after which you will be able to select the method of payment for your order.
Check you completed product ordered and choose the preferred payment method.

If you have chosen to pay via Credit Card through Paypal, once you have completed the payment at Paypal's payment site, your entire transaction has completed. Upon confirmation of receipt of your funds, you will receive an email update on the order status as we prepare your order for delivery.
Note: Credit Card payment made through PayPal will incur an additional charge of 4% due to merchant charges imposed on us by PayPal on top of your shopping cart total.
Total Purchase: $107.00 (Inclusive 7% GST)
Transaction Fee: $4.28 ($107.00 x 0.04 = $4.28)
Total Payment: $107.00 + $4.28 = $111.28
PayPal payments are immediate, take care when confirming during checkout as no refunds will be entertained for mis-clicks.
We do not store any credit card information on site as all PayPal payments are re-routed and handled at PayPal site.

For Credit Card (PayPal), Interbank Transfers, it will take 3 working days to complete the transaction. Upon Completion of payment, your order will be processed on the next working day. Should payments not received within 3 working days of order checkout, after which the system will assume the order has lapsed.

Goods are subjected to availability. Should there be cases where item runs out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and do a refund for the item.
Once payment has been made and accepted, no cancellation of order is accepted.
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of receiving FULL PAYMENT and PAYMENT DETAILS, provided that the payment details are received by 5pm that day.
Payment details received after 5pm will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Days and Time
Delivery days are from Mondays to Saturdays.
Deliveries on Sundays & Public Holidays are by Appointment only.
Tetra Aid Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change delivery schedules as shown above as it sees fit and as the need arises without prior notice.
Delivery is FREE for each order above $107.00.
A delivery fee of $20.00 applies for urgent orders and orders below $107.00.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and delivery fees will apply to each of them.
But for items which are considered low margin products, eg nutritional feeds and diapers, etc. A minimum of two cartons is required for any single confirmed order.
With much smaller items, Singpost maybe be considered should it be more feasible.
Postage charges are to be borne by customer according to the weight and all items will be sent by registered mail.
Our standard postage is just $4.50 for within Singapore for orders up to 1 kg for non-bulky item.
Local delivery addresses only and one delivery address per single order.
For orders outside of the Singapore, please submit your order, and we will email you with the exact shipping costs and estimated delivery times and methods. Please note that our shipping charges do not include duty, taxes, or custom fees. Feel free to provide us with any information we can include on your shipment to help reduce these costs to you. We will NOT charge your credit card or place your order for international shipments until you have approved the shipping costs . Call with any questions.
Any representative signing for delivery order at delivery address shall constitute as a confirmed delivery.
Check your order upon delivery of goods. There will be no exchanges or refunds after delivery is confirmed.
Unsuccessful delivery attempts (no one present to receive order) are chargeable at $21.40 per trip. Re-delivery will be on hold until payment of $21.40 is received via Funds Transfer.
